Preheat oven to 450*
Roll out pie crust and brush with butter.
Spread the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the buttered crust.
Use a cookie cutter, I used a star, and place them on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly golden.
Over medium heat, combine the heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips in a saucepan and stir until the chocolate is melted and blended with the cream.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a ramekin and serve along side cinnamon stars.
