This week’s Mindfulness Monday focus is being intentional and aware of how we interact with others.

  • Are you saying yes to things you really want/need to say no to?
  • Are you staying quiet when you want/need to speak up?
  • Do the people in your life actively support and encourage you?
  • Do you actively support and encourage the people in your life?

How am I feeling?

This week notice how you feel when you are interacting with your people. Be aware of your motives. Remember, being aware is the key to being present and living a fulfilled and mindful life.
